  Poor service , chicken dripping with grease, and was not told the chicken is Halal. I am a Christen and was not happy when I found out. So unprofessional. Would never recommend kfc garbage to anyone.🤮

  Had a great experience tonight, went into the store and tried to order some chicken and they told me they don’t do that special bundle anymore, so I asked why is it in the app and she responded with they forget about taking things off the app, she then stated that if someone orders it online they’d have to make it, so that’s what I did I ordered it on the app, I received a call about 10 minutes later from the store saying they can’t do it now and that I’ll be refunded for it, pissed off already that the lady lied to me but I agreed on the refund, I then got a second call saying that they can do the order but “it’s going to cost a lot more” is what she said. What an absolute joke this store has gone to. 0/10 experience with this store. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

  I ordered on doordash and they gave me an extra gravy and a cute note. Made me feel like a million bucks, thanks kfc
