I would not recommend this place, especially to parents with babies. I was passing by with my baby when I noticed that my baby’s bottle had gotten dirty. Since my baby needed to drink milk, I politely asked if I could briefly use the sink in the restroom to wash the bottle. I was very friendly and clearly explained that I was not asking to use the restroom ; I simply needed to clean my baby’s bottle. The staff member I spoke with was extremely dismissive and told me, “Customers only,” making it clear that I had to purchase something in order to use the facilities. As a mother, I found this response very disappointing. I understand that businesses have policies, but I believe there should be some basic understanding and compassion when it comes to a parent with a baby who simply needs to clean a feeding bottle. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I will also be contacting the company to share my experience and ask whether this is the way their staff are trained to treat parents with young children. Very disappointing experience. This place is certainly not baby or mother-friendly.

The chefs are so accommodating and made a special request meal for our child. They remembered us at a following visit too. Very kind and fantastic service!
