  Wish I could give No stars! tonight we ordered 3 subs , the lady managed to mess up every single sub forgetting things we paid extra for , not following basic simple instructions… she just made them however the hell she wanted apparently. Also tried calling twice no answer Tipped them to be ripped off , asked for extra veggies , asked for 2/3 to be toasted ( non were toasted) paid 2$ extra for avocado got none at all … worst subway in Moncton

  I had to wait over 30 minutes to just pickup my order. She was very slow and didn't seem to care about the drive-thru line. The food was also bad. The bowl looked like someone had already eaten it and thrown it away. This was one of my favorite place to go to late at night. But no more. Very disappointed.

  Date - Night 18 April 2026 at 1.20 am at 100 morton avenue subway I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway location during an overnight visit. The employee on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. Our sub was not made according to our request, so we returned with the sandwich and a valid receipt as proof. Instead of listening to our concern, the employee dismissed us, was not attentive, and responded in a rude tone. He simply said “ok ok ok I AM MAKING IT” and walked away without properly addressing the issue or showing any courtesy. Customer service should include basic respect and willingness to listen, especially when a customer returns with a legitimate concern. This experience felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this behavior to ensure better service in the future.
