  Im pretty disappointed in this pizza. I've ordered Papa John's many times and this just isn't a Papa John's pizza in any sense. Everything is off about it. Does this look like extra cheese? Well I paid nearly $3 for extra cheese, it's a normal portion almost certainly. Also I get about 1 bite of toppids and the rest is empty space. Half the size is just crust and sauce the person who made it obviously didn't spread the toppings out they just piled it into the centre of the pizza. It's overcooked. I also ordered a seasoning packet and several dips none of which arrived because whoever sent the order out just said here's a pizza out it goes instead of checking the ticket to see what items are included in the order. I'm pissed. Cool I can get a refund for these items from Uber but so what? The experience sucks overall the meal is sub par, I'd rather have just ordered from somewhere else if this is the effort level.

  Tried pizza from Papa Johns and it was a great experience overall. The pizza was fresh, cheesy, and loaded with toppings, while the crust had the perfect balance of softness and crispiness. The garlic sauce on the side definitely added an extra touch of flavor. Preparation was fast, and the pizza arrived hot and well packaged. A solid choice for a quick and satisfying meal. Definitely looking forward to ordering again!

  I would like to raise a concern about a recent experience. I noticed that the girl working in papa John’s was not communicating appropriately with delivery drivers. In a situation where a driver had a small pizza bag, she refused to hand over the order without handling it professionally and being so rude to the driver. From my own experience working in a pizza store, I understand that situations like this can happen, but it’s important to manage them calmly and respectfully. Customer service and communication should always remain polite and professional. I believe manager would be helpful to provide additional training to her to ensure better interaction with both customers and drivers in the future.
