  Waiting in drive through and no one taking my order. They are just ignoring the drive through on the right. They took 3 orders on the left drive through....while I'm still waiting. That 3 orders took almost 10 minutes! Needless to say, I decided to just not order. Drive up and tried to leave....guess what?! I can't even leave! Because of this terrible design of their parking lot! I'm stuck until they complete a few orders!

  I was disappointed with my experience today. The employee don’t care about driver waiting for order 20 minutes . They just help customer only drive thru only rest they don’t care waste my time . Enough after 20 minutes waiting they never apologise. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect.

  Thank you for fulfilling our cravings for grilled chicken, even though they were out of it they found and made the new ones in 5 minutes. Polite and nice staff for sure

  The food is so over cooked patties tast burnt the fries seem like they stayed in the fryer all day i swear they never change the oil they can never understand us at drive through we asked to make sure to have fresh fries because the ones we got were cold and it looked like they just put it in the fryer again and they came out hot but majorly brown and crunchy wont be going back and many in the neighborhood said the same concern

  Person taking the order assumed it wa just points and not a mobile order tried to use THEIR CODE TO COLLECT MY POINTS issue one issue 2 a person who could speak English got mad at me cuss ehe said something then threw the wrong bag at me be attitude and service are far from lacking it’s so abysmal you cannot put it into words you do not treat customers like that and attempting to commit fraud with customers points not ok at all
