  Most rudest service i ever received from a mcdonald's. The guy with the pony tail has no respect for customer . When asking a question about a new menu item, the worker decided to be argumentative and be completely rude as if i was causing an inconvenience at doing his job. He also got my order wrong. If you hate your job so much then quit. Please do not go here if you want be treated with any decency .if you work customer service or at a food place expect people to ask questions if you cant do that without an attitude maybe this is not the job for you.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this location seriously needs attention. Every time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s on Main Street, something is wrong. The fries consistently taste like they’ve been sitting around and reheated—they’re off in both taste and even color. The chicken patties are always overcooked, dry, and stale. The drinks are honestly the worst part. I’ve ordered root beer twice, two weeks apart, and both times it tasted completely off—like the syrup wasn’t changed or the machine isn’t being cleaned properly. The second time, I even brought it back and mentioned it. They changed the syrup and gave me a new drink, and it STILL tasted bad. At this point, it feels like there are bigger issues with food quality and cleanliness at this location. I won’t be returning unless something changes.

  The staff do not use gloves when handling food. You can watch them! Disgusting! They claim its not their policy. Head office begs to differ! Expecting some changes there!
