  Everything from the environment when you walk through the door, the smiles and friendly staff to them checking on you while you’re eating your meal to make sure things are accurate, was fabulous! And welcomed. other places could take notes from you guys. This is what customer service should be.

  I’m sorry, but when you order a menu item that’s advertised, you expect it to be made correctly. I’d been wanting to try the Arbynator for a while as a guilty pleasure. Instead, I was served what was basically a Beef ’N Cheddar with ketchup. Seriously… what? I was so disappointed that I actually went online afterward to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. Sure enough, the Arbynator is supposed to be made with Arby’s Sauce, not ketchup. How can a signature menu item be prepared incorrectly? If the staff can’t even make one of the restaurant’s featured sandwiches properly, it really makes you question the quality and training. Customers pay their hard-earned money expecting to receive what’s advertised—not a completely different sandwich. Unfortunately, this experience was a huge letdown, and it will be a long time before I return to the Moncton location. I hope management takes the time to properly train staff so other customers don’t have the same disappointing experience.

  Love the value menu. Indulgence at an affordable price (getting harder to find) but I found it at Arby's. Love the mozza sticks with marinara dip
