- CAcanoeGilbert Arbour5 days ago1.0Many times ordering gravy...the container cup is halfway full. (I have photos 📷 and date with receipt. When bringing this up with staff they deliberately make sure that gravy cup is halfway full to try to get me angry. 😏 (Not all staff) When eating in the dining room, many times I can here staff cursing loudly. Also staff tell me sometimes that the specials are over while I have the coupon I my pocket and still valid.🤥 As soon as a customer leaves unhappy...the staff just can't stop laughing. Lots more to this but I will keep it short for today.

- KWKat WilliamsAug 27, 20263.0Ordered 10 piece family dinner. Traveled an hour from location. Did not receive the fries. That's an honest mistake but the explanation when I called there was not very professional. I will say the service when I was there was very good. The Food was good. They offer to replace on my next visit. I just was left with a bad feeling at the end off my call. Therefore I am giving a 3 star.
