  this is the second time that I have attempted to purchase all white meat without wings and the product was not available and I had to wait. the 1st time it was rectified quicker but this time it took 30 minutes to get my order. I feel as someone that has worked in the industry before that this is unacceptable service. if you cant provide the product it should not come up as an option on the kiosk.

  This used to be our first stop when passing through, haven't been here since last year. Instead of being greeted by an enthusiastic employee, I walked into a wall of automation. No one to ask questions, menu isn't even at the counter any more. Screams "get in, give us your money and get out!" Food was mediocre, at best. Employees seem annoyed when they do have to participate in the transaction. Over-all, it just was not an enjoyable experience and was void of any desire to support this establishment. They have clearly made their money and washed their hands of a personal, small-town expirence. This was likely our last visit.

  Best kfc ive been to! Food was good, had chicken sandwich and poutine, husband also loved his food, service is great and restaurant is very modern and clean.

  Went into to order from the counter. No staff were at the counter but as I am standing there and an employee was walking up to the counter another customer runs in and cuts in front of me. I immediately pointed out that he had cut in front of me but he gave some excuse about having an app order. The clerk proceeded to serve him ahead of myself. I reiterated my displeasure with his actions and left. I realize you can't control rude customers but the clerk could have served me ahead of him but no such offer was made. Would not recommend this location.

  Il m’ont servi des frites froides , très froides en sachant que j’ai attendu longtemps et ce n’est pas la première fois avec ce restaurant, et en plus ils ferment 1heure 25min avant l’heure de fermeture,
