  The chicken is greasy, and I might add that every piece of chicken is cut in half. When passing through Quebec, we stopped at KFC; the chicken was delicious and in its entire form. We had noticed that the chicken in Grand Falls was smaller in size and very greasy compared to the KFC we got in Quebec. Long story short, you're only getting half the chicken you're paying for.

  Order placed online . Was to be ready for pick up at 1230. Was only ready 20 min later at 1250 . Employees all speaking loudly between each other another language ( not English or French) . I was not greeted or asked upon arrival if I had an order or wanted to order until I spoke up to ask for assistance. The order was quite large and piled into one large paper bag . Should have been in at least two large bags . Upon arrival at home , the 18 piece bucket was not as ordered - should have been chicken tenders and was regular chicken . Needs much improved on customer service, interaction, packaging and proper order handling. No plans to return at this KFC in Grand Falls NB !

  Food is prepared okay but the kitchen is so dirty, makes me wonder. No teamwork so it makes for long wait time. Online ordered for wings but they had no wings tried to substitute for 3 piece chicken but guy said he can’t do that. Frustrating as heck. It’s getting worse, finally got my 3 pieces but was met with attitude from a worker. It sucks

  Why the one star? Yesterday, The cook doesn’t take care of hygiene. He doesn’t change his glove after he touch his face and our food or other contaminated surface.
