Review:
I visited Subway at 10:35 PM, even though it was supposed to be open until 11 PM. The doors were already locked early, and there was an employee inside, but they didn’t respond or open the door. This is really unprofessional and frustrating. If the store is closing early, the timings should be updated so customers don’t waste their time.

Stopped in Wednesday, April 22, 2026 around 6:45pm at the Douglas Avenue location. Music was loud and lyrics were vulgar (f-bombs, b-bombs) throughout the song….young family in the store with small kid. There were two staff behind the counter and I think one on break sitting in the store. There were a couple people ahead of me in line…but the line was not moving as they were dealing with online orders as well as in-store orders. I waited 15 minutes and the line was not moving at all. I decided to leave and go to another Subway location (Main St). Arrived there and a staff member immediately mentions several items that were not available….which unfortunately meant I could not get what I had planned. As I was leaving, the couple ahead of me at the Douglas Ave location arrive and I asked if they had just come from Douglas Ave…and they said yes…they couldn’t handle what was going on at Douglas Ave and had to leave and find another location. Not a pleasant experience at all at Douglas Avenue Subway.
