- WJWilliam JMay 3, 20265.0I tried the new hot chicken sub thanks to Elyss’ suggestion. It was really good, and the new sauce has the level of spice I enjoy. The staff were kind, and their suggestions were very helpful. The only thing I miss is Diet Pepsi, hopefully they’ll carry it again very soon
- VVVideosphere1May 2, 20261.0The two employees that are working at lunch , mostly , need to be fired or retrained. The manager also needs to be gotten rid of. He found it amusing when two customers told him that the lettuce was not fit for human consumption (brown & slimy). I did point out that giving people food poisoning was not a laughing matter.His excuse was that he had not seen it. So what does he think his job entails? Now back to the servers... they obviously hate their job and should maybe change career. I suggest a job where they are not dealing with people in a service industry.They are both morose and have no interest in doing the job they are being paid for. I am also forwarding a complaint to the Mall owners.

So quick, so pleasant and friendly, and my sandwich was so well made it looked like an ad. Bread was fresh too, literally the best Subway experience I've had in years. 10/10 I hope the whole team gets a bonus of some sort!!
- RBRichard BishopFeb 12, 20261.0Today, me and my wife went to the Subway location at Regent Mall for the first time. We ordered a very good sandwich and were satisfied with the food. However, when we paid, the employee added a tip without informing us. When I received the receipt, I noticed that a significant tip had been charged without my consent. I went back to the counter, but the employee was no longer there. Please follow up on this matter so I can receive a refund for the tip amount. Also, kindly remind your staff not to add tips without customers’ permission and to always ask before applying any tip. Thank you.
