  Love the old fashioned roasted chicken and fries and their sauce is the best . Still tastes like being in Edmundston nb years ago by the Casino , love it so much .

  Only time I've ever had dry chicken from a st.hubert. Fries were dried out, tasted like they refried them to warm an earlier batch. Staff were decent. Also beware if you require your receipts, the actual card transactions are not on the POS receipt and they were unable to provide the card receipt

  Ordered a small poutine and wings. There was praticilally no cheese and the wings were smaller than my little figer all dried, no meat on it. The bill at the end was ridiculous. Don't buy your wings there. It's a rip off!!!

  Worst place to eat in Fredericton after living here for five years. Came here for dinner and it was very hard to communicate with the staff because they barely spoke English. They gave us the wrong order once and finally gave us the correct food after I reminded them twice. Ended up waiting 25 minutes for my food, and I ordered chicken. Many people who ordered after me got theirs first, and they ordered beef. I thought this was a chicken restaurant but the dark meat in the sandwich I ordered came out dry, despite what the menu description says about freshly roasted chicken. I ate in to avoid my pregnant wife having to eat hot food out of a plastic lined container, but the soup came in a takeout container. Super disappointed.

  On April 25 at approximately 6:00 p.m., I visited this location intending to place an order from the St-Hubert menu. I waited in line for over 20 minutes, during which time the customers ahead of me were able to order from the St-Hubert menu without issue. However, when it was my turn, the cashier informed me that I could only order from the Harvey’s menu because they were too busy. As someone who also works in the fast food industry, I found this response both unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would never turn a customer away under similar circumstances. As a result, I left without placing an order. This experience was disappointing and reflects poorly on the level of customer service at this location. Based on this visit, I would be more inclined to choose Swiss Chalet in Fredericton, where I expect a higher standard of service.
