  730 pm drive threw was brutally slow. 20min. Food was still hot when we arrived home 10min? One Big Mac had only pickles and ketchup? Contacted CS very generous with their response,5*

  I'm here every morning for coffee, or I was until today! Horrible service today! Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. Seen multiple cars just leave because of the wait time. Someone needs to get their act together. I remember when my brother was manager at a McDonalds and drive-thru times were crucial. But for me and many others to wait 20 minutes in line was just stupid!! Then once I got to the window to pay, they didn't know my order and asked me what I got. I replied, "Many people just pulled out of line." The cashier said "I know, I know" Got to the window to get my coffee and food, asked to pull ahead to wait more!! Even when it's not that busy, they seem to either make my coffee wrong or the breakfast sandwich is burnt or stale. I will take my business elsewhere!

  Gas is too expensive for how long the drive thru wait time is. And going inside isn’t an option because it’s dirty and workers are rude. If they get your order right the food tastes mediocre. Like who is in charge here? Do they not care? Who are you hiring? If it wasn’t a McDonald’s it would’ve been shut down. Awful service, awful people. So sad.

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a double quarter pounder from door dash and these people sent it with no bun and they put bacon on it. I don’t eat bacon, I tried calling a bunch of times and after 4 attempts someone finally picked up, I explained what happened and she hung up on me, like what?? I called again and they were all laughing in the background. Terrible, terrible service, they should be ashamed. Maybe rethink who you’re hiring because me myself work in fast food and this is not how you deal with people. The audacity, actually ridiculous. This is how you guys have people dealing with others food. Outrageous behaviour, absolutely disgusting.

  We went to McDonald's on Propect street in Fredericton April 15th 2026 for breakfast... we had a great transaction with a young male cashier, he even told us a joke we had a great laugh 😃 finished our transaction and waited for our food. While we were waiting I caught a glimpse of a older woman who was sitting without the presence of food or drink... I wondered if she had even eaten today? Or was she alone? She did not seem okay mentally 😕 Then as we were eating and things had calmed down I saw the same gentleman bend down and asked her something she motioned large?? A few minutes later he appeared with some food and large coffee ☕️ 🍔 😍 We were about to go ask if anyone could find out if she was okay? or hungry? Then this guy 👦 you'll know who you are! I hope your days shine a little brighter because you deserve it ✨️ 💛 Thank you 😊 🙏
