They completely messed up my order. I even double checked with the girls at the counter to verify it was a 'Family TENDERS Bucket, with sides' and a 6 piece original recipe to go along with it for those who prefer bone-in chicken and they claimed it was correct. I did not see the point in tearing apart bags in front of other waiting customers so I took their word for it. After driving 30 minutes home I opened the bags to feed my family and there were no tenders at all, only original recipe in both buckets. This is after them checking my order slip multiple times while packing my bags, and me verbally checking with them to make sure it was correct. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and apathetic to my situation of living 30 minutes away and having no way to return the erroneous bucket. I understand that I still got plenty of chicken, but it wasn't the chicken I ordered and my kids aren't able to eat bone-in. Not the first time I have had my order messed up here and had rude responses when seeking rectification. Won't be returning!

Food was good and hot Service....was not I shouldn't have to wait over half an hour for my food only to watch other people get the same order before me that order long after me. Felt like...let's give "our people" their stuff first.

Double check your order before you leave! The 3 units for making your order don't work and there's no 'Out Of Order' signs or anything to let you know. The people working there know this and don't bother to tell you until you mention it, even if they see you trying to order and failing.
