- CNCorinne NoelJun 25, 20261.0A few days ago, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large strawberry cheesecake Blizzard with extra cheesecake. When I got home after going through the drive-thru, I realized there were only a few pieces of cheesecake sitting right on the top. The entire middle and bottom of the Blizzard was completely empty—just plain vanilla soft serve. I definitely did not get what I paid for. When I called the store to let them know, the person on the phone actually argued with me. She told me she "checked" with the staff working, and because they said they put it in, she insisted I was wrong. I don't know how you can "check" a Blizzard that is already gone and sitting at my house just by taking an employee's word for it. Of course they're going to say they did it! Why would I waste my own time to call and complain if they had actually done it right? Why would anyone go out of their way just to do that? I called because I didn't get what I paid for. She then tried to give me a confusing explanation about how extra toppings go by "two scoops but also by weight," but the reality is there was almost nothing in it. To top it off, I was basically told there was nothing they could do about it. Disappointing quality and incredibly rude, dismissive management. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually mix the Blizzards and treat paying customers with respect.
