Lately I am not sure what is up but this is then 3rd and frankly last time I've been made to wait over 20 minutes during a nonbusy period of time just to get basic items not even food. There is specificly a blonde supervisor who stands around chatting, on multiple occassions when she is working I have seen this happen. we got our order taken by a redhead, she skipped our order and gave food out to the people who ordered after us (she clearly knew them, whatever fine), then we continued to watch people get there orders taken and recieve them immediately, then the "supervisor" stood around talking for a while and we could see they still had a screen full of orders. I finally went up and asked why so many people got their orders before us and she had to go back 4 slides on the screen to find our order they jumped. She then told us our orders would be done immediately, we still waited a bit after being told that and then when we were given our order my roommates ice cream was half melted and my cup was busting. I asked for them to replace them because thats honestly ridiculous service. They fixed only one ice cream, no offer of a refund or anything. I have been in food service for years, I've been a supervisor for a while too and never would I provide such a poor service and never would I allow my staff to perform so poorly. Dairy queen isn't cheap so when people order they would like their stuff to actually be made correctly, in a timely manner and be good quality. I also watched them hand out wrong orders repeatedly, mind you it was not busy at all in the restaurant but they kept dilly dallying and messing stuff up till it got busy and then they ran around like chickens with their heads cut off to catch up -_- When I returned my stuff she looked at me like I had 3 heads and very clearly talked about us behind the cash to the employees. As a supervisor you are supposed to set an example. I don't even care about the ice cream, its just ice cream but the service was honestly horrible and its not the first time I have received poor service from the same supervisor. Past 3 times I've tried to go in the last couple months my stuff has been messed up, melted, put in broken containers and so on. I never once made a complaint because its just didn't seem like a big deal but quite frankly last night made me want to rage seeing how they treated us and other customers. The employees weren't even listening to her about whos orders were who, one of them wandered around basically whispering "32" so a group of firefighters who were standing RIGHT INFRONT OF THE COUNTER couldn't even hear her, I mean those men have maybe just maybe 20 free minutes to order, get their food and enjoy it. You think at least when first responders are in you'd want to provide them a good service after everything they deal with for this city. Quite frankly I'll just start driving all the way across town cause that Dairy queen is clean, has wonderful staff and never have I had an issue if they make a mistake with my order, not once. That was the first time in my life I have blown my lid on a resturant.

Ordered an item and asked for a glass of water. The sweet girl informed me that they charged for the cup. I was thinking 59cents,maybe a $1, but $3.99. They charge you for the price of a fountain pop,but it’s filled with tap water. $3.99 FOR A GLASS OF TAP WATER. After already spending $8.

A few days ago, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large strawberry cheesecake Blizzard with extra cheesecake. When I got home after going through the drive-thru, I realized there were only a few pieces of cheesecake sitting right on the top. The entire middle and bottom of the Blizzard was completely empty—just plain vanilla soft serve. I definitely did not get what I paid for. When I called the store to let them know, the person on the phone actually argued with me. She told me she "checked" with the staff working, and because they said they put it in, she insisted I was wrong. I don't know how you can "check" a Blizzard that is already gone and sitting at my house just by taking an employee's word for it. Of course they're going to say they did it! Why would I waste my own time to call and complain if they had actually done it right? Why would anyone go out of their way just to do that? I called because I didn't get what I paid for. She then tried to give me a confusing explanation about how extra toppings go by "two scoops but also by weight," but the reality is there was almost nothing in it. To top it off, I was basically told there was nothing they could do about it. Disappointing quality and incredibly rude, dismissive management. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually mix the Blizzards and treat paying customers with respect.
