- VTVanessa Van TasselApr 15, 20263.0They messed up our order but made a new sub and gave my daughter a couple cookies as a sorry so she was happy and we decided to give another chance. Then we ordered a couple days later on a Monday morning for school lunches and again 2/4 subs were completely messed up. Swapped sauces/veggies, etc. We went back and they remade it again and I was going to give them another chance but somehow the mayo was all under her sub so by lunch it was soggy. Staff are super nice but the subs are always messed up for us or sauces are watery and ruin bread etc. idk what the issues are but I’m not a fan of having to drive back 2-3X for food or having to go to school to bring more food after I already spent extra time getting food in morning. I think we will take a break from subway and hope the issues can be worked out. It seems like we have to take breaks often as we start and have a few great meals then something changes and we have issues. Maybe new staff? Idk but the workers are super nice. I’m sure it’ll be great if you order inside and watch subs being made but all the good deals are online only.

Elle sait vraiment comprendre ce que les enfants aiment, et elle a pris le temps de bien préparer la commande. En arrivant à la maison, ma femme et mes enfants étaient très contents, autant par le goût que par la présentation des sandwichs. Tout était bien préparé et appétissant. Merci Laure pour votre excellent travail et votre belle énergie. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
