  If you’re charging $21 for a Famous Deluxe Chicken Burger in Atlantic Canada, the absolute least you can do is ensure your customers receive a properly prepared meal and a reasonable standard of service. This experience was genuinely disappointing and completely unacceptable. My burger came with the two ends of a tomato, rather than proper slices. Not one, but BOTH ends, with one piece containing the hard, inedible core of the tomato. Seriously? Is this the standard you consider acceptable for a $21 burger? Let’s be honest. Your prices are already excessive. The portions and sizes of products have seemingly continued to shrink, leaving customers paying more while getting less. And now, the quality of preparation and attention to detail are falling below even the most basic expectations. At $21 for a chicken burger, customers are paying a premium. They should not have to inspect their food and wonder whether the people preparing it actually care about the quality of what they are serving. This is not about expecting perfection. It is about basic food preparation, quality control, and respect for the customer who is paying your prices and keeping your business running. You cannot continuously increase prices, offer less, and then expect customers to accept declining standards without complaint. Do better. Train your staff properly, pay attention to what goes into your food, and start treating the customer experience with the seriousness it deserves. Because at these prices, disappointment should not be part of the meal.

  Bro KFC usually scares me but this one is quite clean i got served by Ravika, she knows what shes doing, had to try the flaming hot cheetos box meal. If you wanna enjoy your way to heart problems go with kfc

  worst service ever. an order placed to pick up at 12:15 got served so much later, and cold af. no line up, still made us wait for cold food with no extra customization that we paid for. thanks for nothing
