  We ordered for pick up! No customers, the crew didn’t say anything, she just give our 2 footlong sandwich!! I don’t know if she’s just tired or what! No reaction! Then when we opened the bag, it’s so dry, the bread is stale and not enough tuna and veggies! We always order at Paradise Valley rd. Or the other subway in E. Plaza, National city! We know how much they put in our sandwich, but this one it’s like 1 scoop only for a footlong! Never again! The worst subway store!

  WARNING DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS SUBWAY BEFORE READING URGENT MARIA Is Anti-Customer Service I asked her name she said it was “Maria” ofcoarce she wouldn’t give me her real name after I told her I was going to make sure to review her she said go for it she clearly doesn’t care how she makes customers feel and she clearly is not scared because management clearly has not done something about this situación. She was dark skin black hair short. Everytime I asked for more veggies she always said we dont give anything for free. Im assuming that this is the same problematic person everyone is talking about she acts like its her restaurant that she makes the rules I asked her I wanted to speak on multiple occasions to the manager she raid its his day off. She was SUPER RUDE not helpfull at all not welcoming no thank you agter my purchase no nothing this person looked like she hated makimg sandwiches and hates customers. Something needs to happen in management because her attitude her rudeness and how she makes customers feel is NOT OKAY something needs be done she is making customers not want to purchase from this Subway never have I entered a subway and not feel welcomed I almost felt as if she was making me a free sandwich as if I was begging for a sandwich begging for ingredients to be put on a sandwich I bought! I really hope this person is fired to teach her a life lesson. She must not want the job because you don’t treat a customer like I was treated today!!!!! I have been to too many subways many times and I never received such bad service as i did today at this location ( 2220 E plaza blvd on 3/14/26). Not only was i told that on multiple things i wanted that they said they didnt have, when i asked for extra sauce the lady helping me told me that i have to pay extra. Not once has that been told me before and i always ask for the same thing. ATTACHED is a picture of her so you can all see and I hope whoever gets treated bad at this restaurant again by the this rude lady please take a picture so we all know who you guys are refering to and we spread awareness and something is done sooner or later. WARNING DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS SUBWAY BEFORE READING URGENT!

  Ordered on app for pick up. They missed some items in my sandwich and very little toppings added. I ate mostly bread, very disappointing.

  The food's fine, but y'all really gotta man your stores better. What on earth is the point of ordering ahead if my sandwiches aren't even being made until I get here? There's one whole person here who's gotta deal with the whole lunch rush by themselves.
