  I freaking love the smash burger, I’m not much of a hotdog person unless is the chili cheese ones, besides that I love how they have variety menu items and never miss on how good they are, what I love the most is how it’s one of the few places that still keeps their old school signature parking where you can order and eat on the spot and it’s quick especially if your tired and need to eat!

  I could not check out on the app. The National City employees offered no help. I had to call corporate. This review is mainly regarding Alia at corporate customer service. She was EXTREMELY slow. Everything had to be repeated multiple times. I gave up after almost a half hour. Very frustrating. It turns out she was in the Philippines!! Why doesn't Sonic hire Americans who can actually provide customer service? Boycott Sonic.

  I don’t go to sonics anymore because for years EVERY TIME I GO I have an issue. I’ve had my food modifications come out incorrect, I consistently have waited over 20 minutes for food, I’ve had my food cold and gotten a wrong order entirely. Last night I decided to give it another try with my boyfriend because he LOVES burgers. He wanted Sonic’s and I said okay. He had a long shift at work, didn’t eat anything all day so we drove up! He ordered, and it was about $15. We said we were gonna pay cash and they said okay! Soon after they marked the order as complete. Waited almost 20 minutes and nobody came. The screen was reset as if the entire transaction was done and we got no update on the food! How is it possible I can place an order and just straight up get it cancelled for no reason and with no warning? Nobody came with drinks, to receive the money and no food came out. Terrible service with mediocre food.

  I have been coming here since I moved 6 years now. My food is always good but today it was exceptional! Footlong, burgers, mozzarella sticks, fries. Fresh, hot, crispy! And my slushies 💯 had to make a review. Great job! And Andres was so nice when he brought my food!! Thank you
