- KRKarina R2 days ago1.0I have been to subway many times and i never received such bad service as i did today at this location ( plaza blvd on 3/3/26). Not only was i told that on multiple things i wanted that they said they didnt have, when i asked for extra sauce the lady helping me told me that i have to pay extra. Not once has that been told me before and i always ask for the same thing. Then when i go to pay as im getting the exact change , the cashier says she cant take my change because she already rang it through, it wasnt until i said i want a refund because of the horrible service i was getting that they decided to be helpful. NEVER GOING BACK.

- DSDee SFeb 26, 20262.0Not friendly at all didn't even say Thank You but I did! Bread was fresh & soft sandwich made correctly but fillings seemed a little dry and skimpy. What happened to them greeting you. I understand they are busy (2 people in line) I did order ahead & waited patiently & appreciate my sandwich being freshly made but a little courtesy will make people want to come back to this specific store. There are other locations nearby that are so much nicer, I'm just saying.

I consume subway often and this has never happened at other locations. I brought up my concern to the employee was dismissed. Don’t come here.
- IBIsaac BarbaJan 30, 20261.0I just left today, 01/30/2026, at approximately 3 pm and the lady who attended PESIMO!! service as if I were doing you the favor of selling you food.... she did not want to let me fill my subway glass and apart she wants to charge things that in the application does NOT charge!! lousy service I do not recommend going at least in the afternoon if she is attending they will get a bad taste in their mouths and their hunger will be taken away like my friend.
