- CCchristian castilloNov 30, 20251.0So, I seen they were open online, but when I showed up on sunday 11/30/2025 at 8am to get my sandwich for my hike, the place looked closed (none of the signs were on, and the lids on the items were on, i think they wanted you to think it was closed so you dont walk in [bad marketing, team needs a meeting to maximize profit]), I was confused, but I told myself just try it, so I opened the door and it was open. I walked in and waited for a few minutes and then I was greeted with a regular employee. They were open! Great! I was excited to order, Well as I started ordering I asked about the "ask me about this sauce" she said it was regular mayonnaise, then I asked for the Subwaykrunch she said I couldn't have any subway crunch, I always get subwaykrunch, and I couldn't have any, then it felt like she really didn't want me there and was rushing me to get out, I was a regular and peppy individual as usual, it seemed like she really didn't want me there ordering a sandwich at all, she made it a really unpleasant experience to be there, I'll still go there to give it a second chance, but it was a bad experience. Plus, when I order online at this location it's usually a set price, but for some reason my order came out extra pricey for some reason, I get it's a franchise, but that employee just made it a really bad experience
