I showed him the coupon which clearly displayed One Free Medium cheese pizza. One customer per household Must surrender coupon. In-person only. And continue to tell me it will not honor my coupon. So I went online to check it and I couldn’t even find to order it one line. I have ordered many pizzas before and totally shocked by this unsatisfactory customer service

So, I just assumed that he was having a bad day?? And when I said "really long day?" He assumed I has said something else and proceeded by saying " oh I heard what you said, I didn't hear the other part but I heard you.....huh???? tried to order when I was told "you may go now" and when I tried to say something I was told " I have the right to refuse service" and " ma'am you need to go". I feel quite dumbfounded as to why I was treated like that off the start. So, I'm not quite sure where he misunderstood my words. I just simply wanted pizza. I really wish people would just stop and listen instead of assuming so misunderstandings don't happen. Also, as a customer service representative myself I know to leave my burdens at the door and not take it on a customer. I'm very disappointed because I have gone to this branch for almost 10years and everyone has always been friendly. There were two employees one tall blond with glasses and another dark hair and also glasses. 😒😠👎👎👎👎
