No line in drive thru, nobody waiting for curbside pick up and still took over 10 minutes to provide my order, I even ordered and payed online 10 minutes before I arrived in hopes this would speed up the process. If you are in a morning rush, do NOT select this location. Lastly my food was cold when I got it.

I don’t know if it’s the people nowadays or companies not giving out basic training, but wow you would think in a customer service based job, there wouldn’t be so much incompetence.
I went for a $6 meal deal and their buy one get one for $1, the lady who took our order didn’t even bother to ask what drink or sauces we wanted, let alone which one we wanted to do for the B1G1. When we go to pay, she tells us our total in Spanish which no big deal, but when we got the receipt we had seen she charged us for something completely different.
When we got to the window to pick up our food, what seemed to be the manager (considering the difference in attire) came to help us. That’s when I let her know we were over charged for things we never wanted. When I go to explain it to her, she seemed like she didn’t even want to hear it & just irritated by the fact she has to help us more than expected. She tries to explain to me that what the lady at the speaker rang us up for, wasn’t apart of the deal, which I was well aware of prior to even ordering my food.
My family & I have been coming here for years, over time it just seems like the customer service has gone down & like they don’t care to train their employees anymore. BTW the fries & nuggets are almost always cold

Don’t come here , I had once ordered a meal deal and the lady overcharged 5$ more extra dollars an she even charged me the extra 60 cents for sauce with the nuggets when one free sauce is required with a purchase of nuggets and she was really rude.

Waited more than 15 minutes for a mobile order that had been placed 10 minutes in advance. I had to go inside to see what was causing the delay but no one was out front to even help me. I had to even wait more time to be helped. Don't waste your time going there, it's literally a waste of time!!!!
