    I placed an online order for pick up! I paid close to 100 for a 40 piece group pack which comes with the wings, FRIES, and veggies! I chose the option of 2 FRIES and 1 all carrots! They did not pack my FRIES! The wings were NOT well done, even though I specifically asked for extra cooking time, and they had almost no sauce! Making most of them plain! I called over 5 times with no response! So I had to go across town again for my fries. It took them over 30 minutes for them to give me the fries! - They didn’t pack my order right! - Their food was not prepared correctly (uncooked) - Customer service is Terrible! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! The American Canyon is the better option!

    Hello, I am writing to file a complaint regarding a delivery order I placed today at approximately 8:20 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The order arrived incorrectly prepared, and we only realized the issue after we had already started eating part of it. Before going to the store, I attempted to call multiple times (around six calls), but no one answered. When I went to the restaurant, I explained the situation calmly. One employee initially told me they could remake the order, but I declined since I no longer wanted the food. I requested a refund instead. However, I was told that a refund was not possible. The situation became worse when the manager came out and spoke to me in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. He mocked me and said, “you already ate the food, how do you expect a refund?” This response was unacceptable. I am also a manager in the fast food industry, and I understand how customer service should be handled. When an order is incorrect, customers should be offered a fair resolution, including a refund when appropriate. I approached the situation calmly and respectfully, but I did not receive the same treatment. Instead of resolving the issue, I was only given a receipt and told to return the next morning to request a refund. It is not reasonable for me to have to spend additional time and money (gas) to fix a mistake that was not mine. I am requesting a full refund for my order without needing to return to the store again. I would also appreciate that this situation be reviewed to ensure better customer service in the future. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your prompt response.

    This wing stop closes earlier than advertised. When I went to pick up my food around 11:40 the store was already closed even though they say they are open til 1am. This is false advertisement. Orders are still being processed. I had to file a dispute because even when I do call to get refund manager is unavailable and I don’t get a call back to discuss with them.

    I ordered the 30 wing family pack for the family to eat and it was $70. I paid for the family pack. 30 wings, fries, and veggies. Everything was good until I got my order. I look inside the bag and no fries. Like cmon, I paid $70 for this food and you guys forgot my fries. Trash service and keep in mind this was my first time ordering from this location. Trash

    My wife and I had lunch at Wingstop yesterday, reading the reviews on the way to the restaurant, we almost went somewhere else. We thought we would find out for ourselves. Nice at the restaurant, the manager took our order. The wings came out shortly after. 15 Parmesan and garlics wings, bone in with vegetables. The wings were succulent, juicy, meaty, hot and fresh. A far cry from what the reviews are saying. Our visit was very pleasant. Staff were very accommodating and genuine. Don’t always believe what you read. Swing buy and check it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
