Always out of main items like meat, etc so it's a regular struggle. Last 2 orders were late past delivery window and I added a good tip. If Safeway has decent customer service they would refund delivery fee for late deliveries. I'm done with Safeway home delivery service and will be happy to shop elsewhere. UPDATE: Safeway response was a canned one, they admit they have home delivery problems yet offer no solution. Safeway sucks!!!
