- PPPeytonIAmNov 16, 20251.0Ugh… This place, for the second time now, has become incapable of putting the PEANUT BUTTER AND NUTELLA on my literal PEANUT BUTTER AND NUTELLA waffle bowl. I’m sure the people are new, which is fine, but y’all LITERALLY have a cheat sheet right on the wall telling you how to make the dam bowl. Please do better, thank you.

- AGAngelica GarciaJun 14, 20211.0The host at the register , Milagros R., was the worst host I’ve ever had at this and other Jamba juice locations. She did not greet us at the door and was layed up against the wall when we went up to the register and all though out the transaction. When I went up to order she did not engage the conversation but instead she just stared at us for 20 seconds , when I ordered she took another long pause and then made me repeat my order twice! When she finally heard it, or seemed to care enough to take the order she said “oh”. This was very poor customer service, she was not welcoming or at the very least kind to the customers. I love Jamba Juice too bad the service I received yesterday at this one was so poor.

MuhammadJul 1, 20203.0One thing I didn't quite understand or appreciate is that the employees asked me & other patrons to wait outside after we made our purchases & they said they would bring our orders out to us & everyone knows that Jamba Juice isn't cheap 😏 ... In addition, there was only 1 or 2 of us as patrons in the store & we were beyond be socially distanced from one another & we all had our masks on & in lieu of that I have to honest - I was a little offended when they asked me to wait outside 🤨 ... anyway, maybe that is one-off policy & it doesn't apply to all their stores 🤔
