The driver pretty much disappeared for an hour and a half and our food arrived sat on crushed cold and disgusting.. Believe it or not, this happened twice in a row.. I'm one that always puts a tip in advance when I order online, So that had nothing to do with it. I'm an extremely good tipper.. It was unbelievable, I will never order from this place again.

- MMMinaAug 31, 20251.0I ordered a pepperoni pizza and some pasta through DoorDash service was good and it got delivered quickly, HOWEVER I had an accident with the pizza and accidentally dropped it on the floor of my house and it got all completely destroyed and I didn’t wanna eat it off the floor so I called the store and asked them if there was any way I could get another pizza and I even took two pictures of the pizza that I had dropped to show them that I wasn’t lying. The person who picked up the phone was really nice I am unaware of who he was but he offered really good costumer service and said that Yes they were able to make me another pizza and deliver it too me after he saw the pictures, so I waited but decided too call the store because I was waiting for almost an hour and the employee that picked up the phone just told me that they had “no driver” and that she was “waiting on the driver to get to the store and pick up my pizza” because he was a bit “delayed” I continued waiting however the pizza was never delivered. I get it if they were not able too make another one but they should have told me instead of just making me wait and say that they were going too deliver it . Overall the pizza from here is good but I would just say it’s the costumer service.
