I politely asked if she could please fill the scoops all the way, but she told me that was the “standard portion size” and that if I wanted more, I’d have to pay extra for double portions. There is absolutely no way that what I received was worth $13.65. (Photos attached.) The bowl wasn’t even half full… As someone who works in healthcare and only gets a short lunch break, I depend on a decent meal to get me through long shifts until 8 or 9 p.m. This was extremely disappointing. Chipotle really needs to step it up and stop penny-pinching. I know portion sizes have been shrinking for a while, but I didn’t realize how bad it’s gotten until now.
