I politely asked if she could please fill the scoops all the way, but she told me that was the “standard portion size” and that if I wanted more, I’d have to pay extra for double portions. There is absolutely no way that what I received was worth $13.65. (Photos attached.) The bowl wasn’t even half full… As someone who works in healthcare and only gets a short lunch break, I depend on a decent meal to get me through long shifts until 8 or 9 p.m. This was extremely disappointing. Chipotle really needs to step it up and stop penny-pinching. I know portion sizes have been shrinking for a while, but I didn’t realize how bad it’s gotten until now.

The lobby is consistently dirty with food scraps on the floor and on tables and the trash was full. It was surprising how dirty the lobby was given that there weren’t many people there for dinner which would give staff time to clean up. This store is terribly managed. I will have to go to the chipotle in south Napa.
