  Legit ordered a combo meal and they didn’t give me fries, ordered just fries by themself and they gave me nuggets instead. Terrible

  Employees need help. They are way under staffed, can't provide the service that is needed. Owner needs to step up! A lot of 1 stars you have here buddy

  Employee told us to park in the front while they had a shipment unloading at the time. We couldn't park in the front spot because of the truck so we parked very close and kept lights on to flag down the employee. She came out and fussed at us about not parking at the correct spot. We explained that there was no place to park because of the truck and she proceeded to tell us how we NEEDED to be parked in the front. Like are you serious? It was bad enough with her nasty attitude in the drive through and her ignoring us when we were ready to order. She also messed up my order and left out two orders of chicken nuggets. Never coming back.

  Wendys needs to change the way they handle drive thrus. It doesn't matter which Wendy's I go to they all have issues serving multiple people. If places like in n out and chick fil a who are 10x busier than you guys can figure it out you should be able to as well. The drive thru process takes way too long. Plus I ordered in the app ahead of time and am still having to wait in the parking lot for my food. I have already been here for 12 minutes and there was one personin front of me.
