  This is usually my husband's go to place, its been awhile so we decided to stop here to eat. Ordered a #5 Double Bacon Burger and got popcorn chicken. Called the server back and told them about the mix up he apologized and said he'd go talk to the manager. Waited 15 mins and still the same response when he came out. We never got the burger and we were ignored. Last time going here. The only positive thing about this trip was the server and how apologetic he was. He should get promoted because the manager here is beyond horrible.

  Didn’t seem that busy around 5pm, parked and waited, for 20 mins. Just watched the servers roller blade casually as I kept waiting. Tried to signal someone but no one came.

  Ordered pick up. Got everything in my order but 1 shake. Waited 30 mins for the shake and all of my families food was cold by then. So disappointing. They only had 1 person bringing food out and all parking spaces were taken. The girl was very sweet and I know it was not her fault. But this is unacceptable to have only 1 person available to bring out orders when its so busy. Whoever was prepping the orders messed up several times too. They were probably short staffed inside too. But I saw 3 other people who were missing items and had to wait a long time with me.

  Food has gotten way overpriced and I usually order off the 1.99 menu. Especially over the last couple of weeks the burgers have been really gross and dry. I got a tiny drop of ketchup, so much chili on my fries I couldn't even see or taste them. I had to throw it away. I bought my son a chicken wrap, it was 90% sauce. He eats anything, but wouldn't eat that. I saw inside and it's not clean. You're better off going to a restaurant...get a real burger for the same price, in some places actually cheaper.
