Other locations do not have this issue so I’m unsure why this location does. This desperately needs improvement because I know myself as well as the others in line aren’t very happy about having to wait consistently.

Not one darn time were the orders correct! I guess I should have learned. What the heck is wrong with the staff making the food? Do they not read or pay attention or give a rip? So frustrating and stupid. Panera's food is not cheap either! Oh, and I always, always tip 20%.
