The tacos were soggy, and the chalupa was cold and rubbery. This was the 3rd consecutive visit to tacobell that the food was nasty. It has happened now at 3 different Taco Bells. We used to be frequent customers but not no more. I will stop wasting my money on cold nasty food. It really is sad that the quality of food and service has gotten so bad. They don't put out napkins, utensils, sauce packets, straws or lids : you must ask for them. They are trying to save money at the inconvenience to the customer and what's worse is they don't pass on the savings to the consumer
