Everytime we come we order 5 condiments and we only get 3 and they're not even the correct ones sometimes. We order through the app and it's printed on the receipt... why can't they get it right when it's in writing? The app is terrible too. You can get extra catchup but not extra mustard? So many other app problems, but I just report those everytime I use the app in hopes they one day actually care enough to improve it. I don't blame this location for the app. The restrooms are usually clean here, and the doctors a good job of keeping the parking and outdoor dining area clean and clear of trash. If I ever get what I order here, I'll update my review.

- BFBrittania FrontinoAug 31, 20251.0I placed an order mined you I’m on my way for Labor Day weekend to San Diego and as I’m at the window to pay there was a big rat crawling up to the window to try to get into sonic! This was around 10am today. Never will I ever go there again! I know they have a rat infestation for the rat to be so comfortable to crawl to the window. DONT EAT THERE! Unless you don’t mind….. just wanted to make everyone aware because this is not okay.
