I called and was told to come back and they would give me a free sandwich for the inconvenience. The guy I talked to said he wouldn't let everybody know in their store meeting. He asked my name I assumed he wrote it down. I went back the next week and they said no I couldn't get anything. No big deal I went ahead and ordered paid for it and they still forgot part of this new order. When I told them I didn't get my pastry. The woman behind the counter acted like I was trying to rip them off or something. I ordered sat on the bench and never left the building. She just never gave it to me to begin with. They used to check orders before they sent them out I guess they don't do that anymore. I won't be going back to this Panera at all.
