THere is no service, food has always been mediocre but most families went because you had fond memories. Cal Oaks store is the poorest. The workers are not to blame. It's management. They do not have enough staff to get napkins from. This last visit they ran out of toys for happy meals. Really! No apologies. No substitutes. Just excuses.
