I ordered it for here the order taker said "we will bring it out to you and received a table tent that said "17" and I didn't hear anyone say my number so food sat on counter for 10 minutes while I sat. Ridiculous service ice cold food.

Ordered through DoorDash and waited over an hour until our order got cancelled. Decided to place an order through the app and pick it up. Young guy with curly hair handing out food obviously hates his job. No customer service or anything. Secondly, the food was disgusting. My boyfriend said his cheeseburgers tasted not how they usually do and they're disgusting. Wrapper was covered in gross greasy dark film. No care at all for the quality from the workers. Will be going back for a refund each time this happens. I'm so tired of these people working these jobs if they can't do the bare minimum.

Tried to charge me $10 extra and couldn't figure it out until a manager was brought into the situation. It's happened to me more than once so I'm guessing it happens often, probably to people not paying attention enough to correct them on the over-charge.
