We tried the all-you-can-eat à la carte experience and were blown away. Every dish—from the rolls to the baked mussels, calamari, ramen, fried chicken wings, stuffed mushrooms, nigiri, oyster shooter, sake flight, and more—was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What made the night unforgettable was the hospitality. The owner and the staff—Paige, Exavior (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong!), and I believe Julie/Julia—went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. The owner even shared a special soju shot with us from his private fridge, and the team brought out extra items for us to try. It felt like a Michelin-level experience with hometown warmth. After being online all day for a leadership conference, this dinner was the perfect way to unwind and celebrate leveling up. Incredible food, exceptional service, and such genuine kindness. Joon’s Sushi is an absolute gem in Murrieta. We’ll definitely be back! 🍣✨
