Employee looked at me while outside the door and made not a single attempt to inform me of why they were closed. I called from parking lot and the employee was asked why were they closed and what time are they going to open. The response was “we open in the morning - but closed now - and said I cannot tell you when we will open”. Moments later I saw 3 customers go in and being served . I went in and was told they were out of peanut butter- called Sunday and still no peanut butter. The way to conduct a successful business besides a great product is Customer service !! In the long run, without it, you will not be successful.
