This person occupied the only available stall for a very long time while I waited and he ignored me when I asked if he was going to be much longer. When he finally came out of the stall, I asked if he spoke English and I touched his back skightly. At that time he rudely said "Don't Touch Me". I was taken by surprised so I asked him what he said and he repeated it for me. At that time, I sais okay and went into the stall. After I was through using the facikities, I left the store without checking out with my groceries and I will never shop at n Albertsons or any of their affiliates again,

- AMA MDec 9, 20251.0The older heavier set woman with blonde hair (shorter in a ponytail) wearing thick black glasses working in the baby formula and feminine hygiene products on 9Dec between the hours of 8:35am and 8:45am was extremely difficult to talk to and was very rude after I asked a very simple question. I pressed the button to receive an item that was locked up. In fact, all of the items I needed were locked up in the cabinet. I did wait for 5min (I know not that long, but when you have somewhere to be at a specific time, it was a long time). After pressing the button and waiting in the same location for 5min, I then asked the employee (blonde hair woman as mentioned earlier) if she would be able to open the locked doors for me to retrieve an item. She RUDELY responded, “ I don’t have the key I can’t open that for you, they should be there now if you go back over there.” Her response was so off putting. The younger, more beautiful woman with the black hair was kind helpful and took the time to really listen to me. Y’all need to give the younger women a raise or a promotion.
