  Claudia and (Dear God I hope I remember her name correctly) Alexandra were spectacular! I was in a rush to work and I had placed and order for pick up through the app and did it for the wrong pick up time! Figured there was nothing I could do about it and just ordered in store. I told them what happened because I thought it was funny but they voided my online order and got me my money back, on top of being so quick so I can get to work on time! I've been to this particular location quite a few times and they are always so on top of everything! Thank you ladies so much! 😁🤎

  The bread was tasted like rubber. It smashed down into a small skinny slice of bread it's not even real bread. The topping seemed very old the protein cold cuts were cheap quality they didn't taste good they had a very bad taste to it the produce wasn't that fresh it looks fresh but anything can last up to 2 weeks of venture fresh I did not like their sandwiches and I'm not going to go back they're just as bad as McDonald's

  My brother was craving a sandwich so we joined him, he usually gets a BMT with everything. I prefer a veggie patty with chipotle dressing. The best way is to eat at the shop especially if you request it toasted. Then add your produce. Service is nice, the sandwich maker even asked if we wanted the sandwich split in 3 because there were three of us. The sandwich had a lot of good textures and was flavorful.

  Place just sucks. One of the workers sat on the counters where they make food, as well as have a sign outside saying "fourth sub is free", so I used it and they completely cancelled my order because didn't participate in that promotion??? Just go somewhere else

  I parked in their handicap parking spot and as I was backing out, their unlocked, unpermitted, heavy metal trash area gate opened and hit my car. They told me it was my problem, there was nothing they could do about it because the whole building used it. If this is a known problem, fix it so that other people do not keep having this expensive reoccurring issue. Either, consistently lock the gate OR remove the unpermitted garbage structure. Their sandwiches are edible, but it would be very difficult for me to go back to this location.
