  Ordered a foot long and only wanted 3-4 items on my sandwich. The only extra veggie I wanted was olives and she refused to give me extra because they were "down to one can". Offered to pay for my extra olives even thought im sure extra veggies were free of charge but still refused. There was plenty of olives at the counter. Matter of fact, it was full. How are you only going to put 12 olives on a foot long?

  Siempre me gustan los sándwich aquí. Realmente los disfruto. Lo visito una y dos veces por semana, esta última visita pregunté a la persona que me atendió si tenía sanitizer para desinfectar mis manos ✋️ pues iba comer y un negocio de comida al público donde tiene mesas para consumo en el lugar debe tener un baño para lavar las manos y solo por preguntar la persona fue muy descortés. Casi grosera y me dio el peor sándwich de la historia 😉 yo entiendo que son empleados y no pueden tomar decisiones. Pero algo aquí esta mal, me dijo que en otras sucursales si tienen sanitizanste pero aquí no.. ahora mi pregunta al propietario.. acaso con nuestro consumo no le alcanza para un desinfectante de manos? Que antes de la pandemia si tenían baño al público pero ahora ya no.. solo para actualizar!! Ya no estamos en pandemia y ustedes nos niegan el servicio al que tenemos derecho pero nuestro dinero si lo reciben con gusto 😉

  As others have written, the service is poor. Three times I requested that my foot-long be cut in half and the halves wrapped separately. Three times the halves were in one wrapper. One time I decided to wrap the halves separately myself. I went to the counter and reached over to get the wrapping paper since no one was there. The guy came out just then, glared at me, and said "NEVER do that." Oh, and recently I ordered online and specified that my bread be toasted, and on both sandwiches the bread was not toasted. I don't think these people read the orders carefully. As someone pointed out, it's almost worth it to go to a different Subway to get things done right.
