That's the ONLY reason I gave this store 4 stars instead of 3. Even the employees roll their eyes every time they have to unlock the carts (which is about every 2 minutes)

I raised a case online and was advised by your online customer service agent that I could return to the store with the receipt for a refund. 1/25/2026 around 11am, I went back to the store and showed the customer service staff member photos of the product along with the receipt. However, instead of addressing the issue, he responded dismissively by saying, “it is what it is,” and asked whether I had brought the meat back. As I had already been informed that photos and the receipt would be sufficient, I did not bring the product with me. At that point, the staff member shrugged his shoulders and spread his hands in a dismissive manner, which made me feel that my concern was not taken seriously and that I was being treated as if I were trying to take advantage of the situation. His response also conveyed the underlying message that because the item was purchased during a promotion, the poor quality was my responsibility and therefore acceptable. This attitude was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and my refund request was ultimately refused.
