The store can not provide detail reason for this when I asked. I call the headquarter customer service three times, once at the same night, other two at 12/29/2025, but no one can help on this. The meat has quality issue also and not fresh. Wish the store can address my complain as soon as possible.

After I approached them for help, they paged someone who was supposed to assist us, but that person was already helping other customers. The two chatting staff members continued their conversation until one of them finally decided it was time to help us. There is another Safeway, a Trader Joe, and a Walmart very close by, and the staff at those locations are always effective and efficient in their customer service. This Safeway, however, is not. This is clearly a management problem. Please retrain your staff
