    Place is terrible, always forgetting items in orders and portions size for drinks is absurd. Literally ripping people off. Lrg Smoothie came 3/4 full. Why get the large if you only get the med size amount?

    Super disorganized and understaffed. We show up and wait for our food but there is absolutely zero communication from the staff and everyone is running around heartlessly.

    I ordered a cone and discovered that it had been served using two cones stuck together, and the inner cone still had paper inside. I almost ate it. When I brought it up, the manager said it was ‘common,’ which was frustrating because this is clearly a handling mistake, not something normal. I’m really disappointed with the way the manager handles this issue. I really hope this location pays more attention to food prep and customer safety.

    I like the atmosphere there It was very calm and there was a lot of menu options they bring the food to the table and the place was clean welcoming to return.
