I had to walk the cashier over to the display to show him. He attempted to enter it, and then said this is only available if you're a rewards member. There is nothing to indicate this on the board, so I was incredibly upset at the false advertising, and the general expense of paying $3 per donut. I'm never coming back here after this experience. Patronize your local donut shop instead of this overpriced, dishonest chain.
