  Recommended by a friend so decided to try it out. Had a reservation. Initially, led outside (when I had booked an inside res) so let staff know. Also, super weird placement for staff to have all the outdoor utensils and cups at a high traffic area at the front. A lot busier than expected. Two of us ordered: nectarine salad $14 marechiaro $25 bistecca $42 margherita pizza $19 limoncello spritz $15 almanac hazy ipa $9 Overall, food was ok. Nothing really stood out. A bit disappointed on the main entrees.

  The service is exceptional, Salvador is the best! food is absolutely delicious, and the ambiance is stunning. The bartenders are welcoming and talented — Kevin especially crafts fantastic drinks. Every visit is an experience!

  Ordered online for delivery--easy to use, food was delivered slightly early, and the food was absolutely fantastic. We got the crispy artichokes, truffle fries, Salsiccia pizza and Soppressata pizza. Everything was a 10/10. Only regret was not going to the restaurant and eating it right as it came out of the oven, which would have been a 12/10 for sure.

  So disappointed. There’s a terrible smell inside the restaurant that makes it feel like I’m eating in a public restroom. I couldn’t even enjoy my food. And looking at other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who noticed this. It’s clearly a persistent issue and not just me being sensitive.

  Unbelievable food and service. Our family has been coming to Doppio Zero for well over 10 years and it is still our favorite spot. Sal and Moises took great care of us. Our water was always refilled before we even had to ask — and they were on top of everything g the whole night. For food, we had a mixture of the Neapolitan style margarita pizza, lasagna, and the gnocchi. The lasagna was said to be the best our group has ever had — and they travel to Italy often. The margarita pizza took us right back to Italy — the dough and crus were absolutely perfect. The gnocchi was out of this world — the eggplant and tomato sauce were outstanding and I’m still trying to figure out how I could try and replicate that incredible flavor. I ordered mine with extra sauce because it’s so good — I may have to come back and have it again! Thank you to the Doppio team for always going us a fantastic night. Can’t wait for our next dinner here! The team at Doppio Zero knows how to make you feel welcome — you’re in great hands if you come here!
