    I order bowl the porción on the food was nothing the guacamole was brown so bad actitud no one is happy working but if you paid full price for something give to the customer what you paid for 😠

    I don't like writing comments like this, but this time is an exception. I have spent most of my life working as a waiter and restaurant manager, so I naturally pay attention to service and organization wherever I go. I often stop by your restaurant for a quick meal. The food is very tasty and consistently prepared fast. My favorite order is the bowl with double beef. However, I want to point out one recurring issue. Although you have a large number of employees, it often happens that only one person is actively working - preparing the food and handling the checkout - while several others appear disengaged. This leads to unnecessary lines and longer waiting times, which is not ideal for customers. I believe this is something that could be improved, because over time, this type of workflow may affect customer satisfaction and potentially result in losing guests. With a bit more coordination and involvement from the entire team, the experience could easily be much better. 🙏❤️
