- SSShalinApr 7, 20261.0I really wanted to love this visit because the food itself was actually great. The double chicken was generous and the bowl was delicious, so props there. But the experience leading up to it was frustrating enough that I had to leave a review. The staff member who helped me was noticeably unfriendly from the start, no greeting, no warmth, just going through the motions. When they ran out of corn, one person went to go find more which I appreciated, but the other just stood there completely disengaged. The bigger issue was the lettuce situation. They ran out mid order and instead of offering to grab more from the back, I was just told I could have it on the side. I wanted it in my bowl, not on the side. A simple “let me grab more for you” goes a long way. On top of that nobody offered me any salsa or extras for my bowl, I had to ask for everything myself. At Chipotle the whole point is the customization experience and it felt like they just wanted me out of line. The food saved it from being one star but customer service matters too. Hoping this was just an off day. Edit: This chipotle is more expensive than the local ones, go somewhere else.
