One man (who I was told was new) even went inside to inform someone that a customer was waiting — and still no one showed up. Another staff member nearby (an asian lady) clearly saw me standing there but made no effort to help or even acknowledge me. So much for teamwork! When I spoke to the manager, he seemed impatient and kept asking if I still needed the food, instead of addressing the issue. He then realized the Asian section “wasn’t his department” but went inside called the asian lady who usually serves the asian dishes. When this lady finally came out, instead of apologizing for the delay, she raised her voice and told me she’s the only one cooking and serving. Staffing issues are not the customer’s responsibility. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have gone a long way. Very poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from this deli again.
- EDEdgar DiazFeb 14, 20262.0the worker working the asian style food section has an attitude, how are you going to deny a 2 entree meal and say “ Orange Chicken is only 1 entree !!! “ she also said something behind my back, i know this because my translator was enabled in my phone and it picked up the smirky remark about me, if ordering is capped to 1 entree then why offer more options? wont bother going there for any asian style food, just the sandwitches instead!!!
