This is the second time this week the store was out of multiple items. The staff should let customers know ahead of time when options are limited. I was halfway through placing my order when I found out that everything I wanted was unavailable, and the only remaining choices were paid add-ons.

I had ordered a chicken burrito and was pretty disappointed. The portion size was much smaller than usual, and they completely missed adding a couple of items I requested. On top of that, there was a noticeable difference in taste compared to what I normally expect from Chipotle. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price this time. Hope this location improves consistency and attention to orders.

Ordered a bowl for pickup with carne asada, carnitas, corn, tomatoe salsa, lettuce, and cheese. But it came so sparse and bare with toppings it was basically just a meat bowl with beans.
I also ordered a kids meal and the brown rice that came with it was inedible, it was either stale or undercooked because it was very hard my partner had to spit it out because it was clearly not cooked right. We make rice at home so we could tell it wasn’t steamed long enough or was stale and dehydrated making it hard unlike proper cooked rice.
In regards to the bowl my favorite part is the crunchy bites of corn with lettuce and tomatoe salsa, that’s what brings the flavor and balances out the meat. However, there was hardly any corn, cheese, and such a small amount of lettuce dusted over the top. With the amount of meat and rice and beans they piled in under it doesn’t compare to why they put barely any toppings.
At first glance it looks like it’s a full bowl but it’s mostly meat rice and beans. Quite disappointing. Maybe next time I’ll put “extra” on everything regarding toppings and hope for a better outcome. I’ll also put put “light meat” and “light rice” since they were heavy handed on those but very sparse on toppings.
It was very absurd for the price I payed for this bowl you’d think it actually come with proper measured ingredients not just a light sprinkle.
Every chipotle I’ve been to serves a normal amount with the spoons and tongs but this was less than “light” my family and I laughed when we examined how sparse it was. and I ordered a regular amount. Maybe we are just use to other chipotles and how they serve more generously compared to this one. I was very disappointed to come home to after a long day. I should have just gone to the Tracy one instead they never let me down and give normal balanced helpings for the topping to protein ratio. I think next time I won’t take the risk of coming here for awhile and stick to Tracy while they establish how to properly serve.

Wanted veggie bowl but they are out of fajita, only option is something new called Sofarita. When i asked, 3 times, what it a it made if, the only answer everytime was, "it's protein", and finally some other staff from the back explains that it's made if tofu. You know, I get it, the kid serving must be new, maybe a high schooler and it's not her fault, but they are not even fully trained on what each dish they are serving is made of.
Now that i had to choose their Sofrita bowl, sorry protein bowl, which costs exactly the same as a veggie bowl, i have to pay extra for guac because i chose to eat "double protein" (guac is extra protein folks). That is some weird corporate pricing.
Another friend of mine had to go home hungry because, 1 out of fajitas, 2 not enough chicken, 3 no more beer.
Overall it's the same staple chipotle food, nothing special.

Several tables in the dining area were visibly dirty, creating an unwelcoming environment. Portion control was inconsistent, with noticeable variation in serving sizes that was not consistent with usual expectations. This inconsistency made the meal feel poorly managed and diminished the perceived value.
Food quality was subpar. The white rice was overly lemony, overpowering the other ingredients in the burritos. The meat lacked flavor and was excessively oily. The chips appeared overcooked and had an off-putting taste.
Overall, this visit was disappointing, not only due to cleanliness, portioning, and food quality issues, but because these problems occurred at a newly opened location where performance should reflect peak brand standards. The experience fell well below expectations for Chipotle Mexican Grill and I will not be returning to this location.
