  Family of 4 that ordered Luxe boxes. We all got different items. When we went to pick up the boxes, all the food was in a bag. We asked why it was all in a bag and the response was “that’s just how we do it”. Which doesn’t make sense. We go to the one in Atascadero all the time and they give us the boxes like we order. We then had to sort through the items and then didn’t have anything to hold the food on the drive home. Please put the food IN the boxes like people order. Comes across as laziness on the employees side

  Way, way, way(!) too focused on the drive through orders. Sitting in the store for a literal 20 minutes while 8 cars came and went. I made a point of making eye contact and smiling in a friendly way to no avail. I had to hasssle them to make the order :/ And of course, the cup was forgotten and i had to ask for it.
