There is always never enough employees in the checkstands, whether its cashiers for the long lines or courtesy clerks to help me bag my groceries, and thats if I can get a cart to actually collect my items. I try to avoid using the Drive-Up-and-Go program for the sake of the employees in there. They always look so stressed and overwhelmed like there's never enough help. They usually have the items I need, and I know the employees have the capacity to be kind and thoughtful, but it seems that theyre being pushed beyond their limits with the lack of help or consideration. I hope they get the help they need so my Albertsons can go back to the way it was just a few years ago.

The customer interaction time is so small and yet they can’t seem to get it right. They are one of the only stores in Morro Bay, so I suppose they count on that and don’t feel the need to give great customer service. I see all the nice reviews, and it’s great that other people have had good experiences, but every time I go, I always remind myself not to go back. Go to Spenser's or do your shopping in SLO where it’s cheaper anyway.
