Management clearly doesn't know how to run the store. Every time I come in, the employees are incredibly unhappy and extremely stressed out. There is always never enough employees in the checkstands, whether its cashiers for the long lines or courtesy clerks to help me bag my groceries, and thats if I can get a cart to actually collect my items. I try to avoid using the Drive-Up-and-Go program for the sake of the employees in there. They always look so stressed and overwhelmed like there's never enough help. They usually have the items I need, and I know the employees have the capacity to be kind and thoughtful, but it seems that theyre being pushed beyond their limits with the lack of help or consideration. I hope they get the help they need so my Albertsons can go back to the way it was just a few years ago.

Every time I come, the staff seem to be having a bad day.
All three of the bad experiences I’ve had in this store have been at self check out. The customer interaction time is so small and yet they can’t seem to get it right.
They are one of the only stores in Morro Bay, so I suppose they count on that and don’t feel the need to give great customer service. I see all the nice reviews, and it’s great that other people have had good experiences, but every time I go, I always remind myself not to go back. Go to Spenser's or do your shopping in SLO where it’s cheaper anyway.

The lines are unbelievably long and I’ve never seen more than two checkers open even when there’s lines going around the entire store
