  I wish I could give it a 0 star. So today Thursday 3/12/26 at 7:30 I walked in to buy 2 protein bowls and when I walked into the restaurant employee gave me a very nasty attitude I don’t know if she enjoys working there but it didn’t seem like it. She was cleaning up taking the veggies and the meats to the refrigerator and the restaurant didn’t even close until 8:30pm. She had tattoos her hair color is like golden blonde like a warm tone color. She gave poor customer service. I will not be coming back to this horrible place.

  I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Nancy at the front counter. I accidentally placed the wrong order, but she handled the situation with so much kindness and professionalism. She patiently helped me fix my mistake without any hesitation and made the whole process completely stress-free. Nancy truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Her positive attitude, warm smile, and willingness to help made my day so much better. She is honestly one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered, especially on a busy Sunday. Thank you, Nancy, for your outstanding service — you are truly amazing!
